Community Relations
Invite The EX into Your Community
Beyond the 18 days of fun, rides, games and shows each summer, the CNE is active in the community throughout the year, adding a little EXtra EXcitement to local events with its Community Events Team, Donations, Speaker and School Pass Programs.
We take great pride in our efforts to support and promote awareness of issues in the community such as child advocacy and environmental protection.
Community Events Team
The Community Events Team with ALEX the Beaver, the official CNE mascot, may be available to attend your event!
- Friendly and cuddly, our furry CNE ambassador loves to interact with children and they LOVE him
- ALEX comes prepared with free CNE Kid's Passes (free grounds admission for children 13 yrs. and under) and free kid-friendly promotional items that he and his friends can distribute at your event
Donations Program
- A limited number of complimentary CNE tickets are available for use at silent auctions or for door prizes
- These donations are issued to qualifying non-profit groups raising money for initiatives including medical research and school improvement projects
- Please note: The CNE is unable to make cash donations or donations to individuals
Speaker Program
A representative of the CNE is available to speak at your event about the CNE, its history, its role in the community and its overall impact.*
