Passes to attend the CNE will be mailed or available for pick-up no later than Friday, August 12th, 2011.

Any crews intending on shooting on the CNE grounds for anything other than news purposes must provide a letter on company letter in advance. The letter must include the following information:

• Number of crew members
• Crew member positions
• Length of shoot on CNE grounds
• Length of piece that will air
• What the piece will be about
• Where and when the piece will air
• Contact information for onsite production staff

This letter must be submitted to the CNE Media Office in advance and it must be approved by the Media Office and IATSE before any filming takes place on the grounds. It is advised that crews carry a copy of the letter with them at all times while on the grounds.
