REVISED Grand Champion Categories There will be Grand Champion Awards presented in two categories at the 2010 CNE:        Junior Division (performers 6 to 12 years of age) and        Youth Division (performers 13 to 21 years of age) PLEASE NOTE:        Adults 21 years and over are not eligible to compete in the CNE’s Rising Star        Talent Competition in 2010. 3. Auditions will NOT take place in Shopping Malls in 2010 Please also note that Rising Star auditions will NOT be taking place in Greater Toronto Area (GTA) shopping malls this year.  Auditions will take place at Exhibition Place. Over 70 young men and women aged 18 to 25, winners of local fairs across Ontario, competed in the final round of the three-day competition held in the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on Sunday, August 23.
