Experience the charm of farm life in the heart of the city at the CNE Farm, featuring interactive exhibits and hands-on workshops that highlight current trends in agriculture, along with the opportunity to meet different farmyard animals – from piglets to cows, sheep, goats, and more!
Our 100-ton sand sculpture theme this year will be in celebration of the United Nation’s International Year of the Woman Farmer; highlighting the vital role and contribution of women in Agriculture around the world.
Agriculture Adventures Presented by the CNE Farm
The CNE welcomes you to a FREE pre-fair experience in the city – Agriculture Adventures presented by the CNE Farm! This event will feature a variety of fun interactive educational activities. Focusing on agricultural trends of today and horticulture wisdom of the past, the event will offer games, crafts, exhibits on farming, photo exhibit from previous agricultural fairs, play time in the hay labyrinth and more!
Back By Popular Demand: Goat Yoga Instructed by Yoga Kawa
We were thrilled to introduce Goat Yoga, a playful and relaxing wellness experience led by certified instructors from Yoga Kawa.
Get ready to stretch, smile and snuggle with the cutest yoga partners around – mini goats!
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just goat-curious, this 30-minute session offers light movement, deep breathing and a whole lot of laughter, as mini goats wander, cuddle and climb their way into your flow.
Registration opens 30 minutes before each session at the Goat Yoga pen – first come first served. Check the Farm Schedule for daily times.
New This Year: Sulky Rides presented by Standardbred Canada
Hop into the driver’s seat for our Sulky Rides, where kids can enjoy a fun trip around the track pulled by a real pony! This classic racing experience is a safe and exciting way for young guests to get up close to these gentle animals while enjoying a one-of-a-kind ride.
Age limit: 8-14. Children must be accompanied by an adult, who is required to stay for the entire duration. Participation requires a signed waiver.

New This Year: Learn about Horses + Meet & Greet by Standardbred Canada
Discover the beauty of horses and learn about horse care, feeding, and maintenance. Finish the experience with a meet and greet!
New This Year: Wool Craft Workshops presented by WoolGrown
Get creative with wool at our brand-new Wool Craft Workshops, held right beside the sheep exhibit! Guests of all ages can make their own wool bracelet, while ages 13+ can try needle felting to create a one-of-a-kind wool picture in this hands-on craft session (sign-up required). These cozy workshops are both free of cost and the perfect place to make a handmade keepsake to take home.
Registration for the needle felting wool picture workshop opens 30 minutes before each session at the activation area – first come first served. The wool bracelet workshop does not require prior registration. Check the Farm Schedule for daily times.

Dan the Music Man
Join Dan the Music Man for a high-energy sing-along celebrating Canada’s farms, with songs about barnyard animals, growing food, and the environment. Kids can clap, moo-ve, sing along, and win prizes in this playful, city-side farm jam!

Alongside showcasing the CNE’s new waste management initiatives, guests can enjoy arcade-style games that test their waste-sorting knowledge, plus other fun and interactive activities in our Waste Management area.
