What days and hours will the 2025 CNE Operate?

The 2025 CNE is scheduled to run from August 15 – September 1, 2025, between the hours of 10 am to Midnight. Exception: Labour day, the grounds will be open from 10am to 9pm, and gates will close at 5pm. View full hours of operation here.

Where can I buy tickets for the 2025 CNE?

The CNE Advance sale and tickets will become available for purchase both online and in-store at participating locations closer to event dates.

What time do the buildings open/close for the 2025 CNE?

Buildings on the CNE grounds are open from 10 am to 10 pm, from August 15 to September 1. On Labour Day (September 1) buildings will be open from 10 am – 7 pm. View full hours of operation here.

What time does the Midway open/close for the 2025 CNE?

The Midway is open from 11 am to midnight on weekdays and 10 am to midnight on weekends. On Labour Day (September 1) the midway is open from 10 am to 9 pm. View full hours of operation here.

What forms of payment can I use to purchase tickets at the gate?

Tickets at the gate can be purchased using MasterCard, Visa, Debit, Visa Debit or cash. All payments will be processed in Canadian dollars.

When purchasing tickets online, which forms of payment are acceptable?

Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Visa Debit are all accepted forms of payment when purchasing tickets online. All payments will be processed in Canadian dollars.

How do I get help in purchasing online tickets?

When tickets become available if you are having trouble purchasing tickets, please email [email protected] or call 416-649-8780 (Local) or 1-844-398-3278 (Toll-free in North America).

Do the vendors at the CNE accept debit/credit?

Debit and credit machines are not mandatory for CNE vendors. They use them at their own discretion and many vendors accept cash only. There are ATMs available throughout the grounds and in most buildings.

Can I access the CNE grounds if I have a ticket for the Budweiser Stage and BMO Field?

Yes, you can access the CNE grounds for free with your Budweiser Stage and BMO Field ticket.

Can I re-enter the CNE grounds if I leave?

Yes, you can. Please ensure you ask for a hand stamp before you leave, and you can re-enter on the same day.

Are there ATMs located on the CNE grounds?

ATMs are located throughout the CNE grounds and in all buildings. Check out our CNE map for locations.

Are there lockers on the CNE grounds?

Yes, there are lockers available to rent at the CNE! They require a Toonie ($2). Lockers are located at the Princes’ Gates, Kids’ World, Adult Midway (south end). Check the interactive map for specific locations.

Is there free Wi-Fi at the CNE?

Yes. Free public Wi-Fi is available across the CNE grounds.

Can I smoke on the grounds?

Smoking is allowed on the CNE grounds with the exception of all buildings and within 9 metres of Kids’ World. Please be considerate of other guests when smoking in designated areas.

Can I purchase cigarettes on the CNE grounds?

Cigarettes are not sold on the CNE grounds.

Will there be wagons available for rent at the 2025 CNE?

Yes, wagons are available for rent at Information Booths at the following locations:

  • Princes’ Gate;
  • GO/TTC Gate and Princess Margaret Fountain

The wagons are available from 10 am to 10 pm at a rate of $10 per day. A $50 refundable deposit is required along with a piece of ID.

Will there be wheelchairs or electric scooters available for rent at the 2025 CNE?

Yes, wheelchairs & electric scooters are available for rent. The CNE’s wheelchair and scooter rental program is operated in partnership with Scouts Canada. To make a reservation from August 15 to September 1 please call the Scouts Canada Onsite line 416-649-2296. Learn more here.

Will there be strollers available for rent at the 2025 CNE?

While strollers are not available for rent at the CNE, we’re happy to offer wagon rentals at our information booths located at the Princes’ Gate, GO/TTC Gate, and Princess Margaret Fountain.

Lost and Found Service at the CNE

If you’ve lost something at the CNE, contact our Lost and Found offices:

  • Enercare Centre: (416) 263-3254
  • Better Living Centre: (416) 598-7211

We recommend calling one of these offices first to check if your item is still on-site before reaching out to the Toronto Police Service. Our Lost and Found attendants will provide the exact location of your item and give you pick-up instructions.

Toronto Property Unit (416-808-3750). Certain items of value (e.g. cell phones, cameras, passports, cash) will be turned over to Toronto Police Services throughout the event. 

Items not turned over to the Toronto Police Services will be held at the CNE until Monday September 1, 2025, after which these items will be disposed of.

What is the CNE’s weather policy?

With a variety of indoor and outdoor activities taking place during the 18 days of the fair, the CNE operates rain or shine. Some outdoor attractions or shows may be postponed or cancelled in the event of an electrical storm for the safety of both CNE performers and visitors. In this case, where stage performances are concerned, an announcement will be made from the stage.

Where can I find a map of the CNE Grounds?

You can view our downloadable map here. Or you can view our interactive map here. Our interactive map is extremely helpful if you have a mobile device and are on-site as you can use it to navigate the the grounds unique to your personal location.

Where can I park at the 2025 CNE?

The CNE has two off-site lots and a number of on-site lots. Stay tuned for 2025 parking rates.

Where can I park my bicycle at the 2025 CNE?

Bicycle parking is available at the Saskatchewan gate (west end, near Dufferin) and at the Princes’ Gates (east end, near Strachan), making it easy to park and explore the grounds!
