Your folder should include:

At least 3 photos of your concession in operation (if it is a new concession, please provide a digital rendering of the concession).
A PDF of an up-to-date food concept / menu with estimated pricing and images of the food product
Most recent health department inspection
Most recent TSSA Inspection (if cooking with propane)
Propane handlers certificate (if changing propane tanks)

Insurance

Required for participation*

All concessionaires must provide an original insurance certificate for $5 million each for public liability and property damage no later than 45 days prior to the opening of the CNE or will not be permitted to open your location. The insurance certificate must state The Canadian National Exhibition Association, The Board of Governors of Exhibition Place, The City of Toronto, and Maple Leaf Entertainment as additionally named insurers. Please indicate below if you require information on the CNE recommended insurance broker/company.
